By accessing or using our website, registering for classes, or participating in our workshops, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our online platform and services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms, and to abide by and comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to all these Terms and Conditions, you are not authorized to use our services.
2. Services Provided
Axiom Canvas provides a range of art education services, including:
- Art classes for all ages, with a focus on geometric art, fractal drawing, and proportional sketching.
- Workshops exploring the intersection of art and mathematics.
- Promotion of art classes and workshops, showcasing student work, and providing registration information via our online platform.
3. Registration and Account Security
To access certain features of our service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your password.
- You agree to notify Axiom Canvas immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payment and Fees
All fees for classes and workshops are clearly stated on our online platform. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our site in connection with the services you select. Payments are due at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. Axiom Canvas reserves the right to change its pricing at any time, but such changes will not affect registrations already confirmed.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 7 days before the start date of a class or workshop.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date may be eligible for a credit towards future classes or a partial refund, at the discretion of Axiom Canvas.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made after the class or workshop has commenced.
- Axiom Canvas reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes or workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to another available session.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our online platform, including course materials, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Axiom Canvas or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our platform without the prior written consent of Axiom Canvas.
Any artwork created by students during classes or workshops remains the intellectual property of the student; however, Axiom Canvas reserves the right to use images of student work for promotional purposes on our online platform, social media, and other marketing materials, with proper attribution where feasible.
7. User Conduct
You agree to use our services and online platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of our services. Prohibited conduct includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our service.
8. Disclaimers
Our services and online platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Axiom Canvas does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. While we strive to provide high-quality instruction, we do not guarantee specific artistic outcomes or skill levels. All materials and instruction are for educational purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axiom Canvas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on our services; (c) any content obtained from our services; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
Axiom Canvas reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
